柳109井是位于玉门油田酒西地区柳沟庄构造上的一口三开评价井,该井在三开小井眼欠平衡钻井作业时发生卡钻头事故,事故处理受到井眼尺寸和处理工具的限制。分析了卡钻地层岩样,进行了样品酸化率试验,制订了酸化解卡方案。试验表明,土酸可使被卡钻具与地层之间的黏结物、地层岩屑或掉块在酸化反应下裂解、破碎、疏松从而使被卡钻具解卡。本井应用土酸酸化解卡工艺,使事故得以顺利解除,对深井小井眼钻井卡钻事故处理提供了一定经验和借鉴。

Liu-109 well is a 3rd spud-in appraisal well located in Liugou Village, Jiuxi District, Yumen Oilifeld. A stuck drill bit ac-cident occurs in this well during the unbalanced drilling operation of 3rd spud-in slim hole. The accident treatment is limited by borehole size and processing tools. The acidiifcation stuck-freeing scheme is prepared after the analysis of rock samples of the stuck drill layer and the acidiifcation rate test of samples. The test indicates that mud acid can make bonding materials, stratum debris or falling pieces between the stuck drilling tool and stratum become cracked, crushed, and loosened under acidiifcation reaction, so as to complete the stuck-freeing of stuck drilling tool. The mud acidiifcation stuck-freeing process is applied to this well and the accident thus is solved smoothly. This application provides certain experience and reference for processing the stuck drill accident of deep slim-hole drilling.
