目的：总结分析微型骨锚钉治疗锤状指的临床疗效。方法2005年5月-2011年5月，我科对73例锤状指患者均采用微型骨锚钉重建伸肌腱止点方法治疗。结果本组73例均获得随访，随访时间3～12个月，其中复发4例，14例出现相关并发症。根据Dargan功能评定发评定：优52例，良12例，可5例，差4例，优良率87.6%。结论应用微型骨锚钉治疗锤状指，只有选择合适病例，注意手术操作，才能够获得良好治疗效果。
목적：총결분석미형골묘정치료추상지적림상료효。방법2005년5월-2011년5월，아과대73례추상지환자균채용미형골묘정중건신기건지점방법치료。결과본조73례균획득수방，수방시간3～12개월，기중복발4례，14례출현상관병발증。근거Dargan공능평정발평정：우52례，량12례，가5례，차4례，우량솔87.6%。결론응용미형골묘정치료추상지，지유선택합괄병례，주의수술조작，재능구획득량호치료효과。
Objective To evaluate Mitek micro anchor for the treatment of mallet fingers to summarize clinical efficacy and experience lesson. Methods From 2005 May to 2011 May in our department, 73 cases patients with mallet fingers were treated by using of Mitek micro anchor. Results 73 cases were followed up for 3-9 months, follow-up time, which recurred in 4 cases, 14 cases appeared related complications. Assessment of curative effect: excellent in 52 cases, good in 12 cases, fair in 5 cases, and poor in 4 cases, the excellent and good rate was 87.6%. Conclusion Only choosing the appropriate cases and paying attention to operation can we obtain good therapeutic effect by using of mitek micro anchor for the treatment of mallet fingers.
