目的：研究断层甲床移植治疗甲床缺损的临床效果。方法对2004年2月-2005年1月收治的8例甲床缺损患者进行断层甲床移植手术，并进行术后随访。结果除1例出现甲畸形，2例伴有渗液外，其余病例均恢复正常。结论对不伴有生发基质损伤的甲床缺损，断层甲床移植术具有很好的疗效，且简便易行，适于推广。
목적：연구단층갑상이식치료갑상결손적림상효과。방법대2004년2월-2005년1월수치적8례갑상결손환자진행단층갑상이식수술，병진행술후수방。결과제1례출현갑기형，2례반유삼액외，기여병례균회복정상。결론대불반유생발기질손상적갑상결손，단층갑상이식술구유흔호적료효，차간편역행，괄우추엄。
Objective To evaluate the outcome of treating nail bed defect by fault nail bed grafting. Methods 8 patients with nail bed defect were treated by fault nail bed grafting from February 2004 to January 2005, and were followed up after operation. Results 5 patients recovered normally except 1 patient with nail deformity and 2 patients with effusion. Conclusion The transplantation of fault nail bed had very good effect in treatment of nail bed defect without the damage of matrix. The method is easy to be performed and recommended.
