目的：探讨跟骨骨折患者的护理方法。方法：回顾性分析100例跟骨骨折手术患者的护理资料，包括术前护理、术后引流管护理、疼痛护理、饮食及并发症预防及治疗等。结果：本组100例均痊愈出院。 Maryland足部功能评分（Maryland Foot Score）：优（90～100）70足，良（75～89）35足，可（50～74）4足，优良率达96．1％，无一例并发症发生。结论：加强对跟骨骨折患者术后康复护理，积极细致的观察病情，正确的康复锻炼指导，有利于患者康复、减少并发症发生。

목적：탐토근골골절환자적호리방법。방법：회고성분석100례근골골절수술환자적호리자료，포괄술전호리、술후인류관호리、동통호리、음식급병발증예방급치료등。결과：본조100례균전유출원。 Maryland족부공능평분（Maryland Foot Score）：우（90～100）70족，량（75～89）35족，가（50～74）4족，우량솔체96．1％，무일례병발증발생。결론：가강대근골골절환자술후강복호리，적겁세치적관찰병정，정학적강복단련지도，유리우환자강복、감소병발증발생。
Objective :To investigate methods of care of patients with fractures of the calcaneus .Methods :A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of calcaneal fracture surgery patient care information ,including preoperative care ,postoperative drainage tube care ,pain care ,diet and the prevention and treatment of complications .Results :100 cases were cured .Maryland foot function score (Maryland Foot Score):excellent (90 ~ 100) 70 feet , good (75~89) 35 feet ,(50~74) 4 feet ,excellent rate of 96 .1% ,with no complications happen .Conclusion:strengthen the calcaneal fracture rehabil-itation patients actively meticulous observation of the disease ,proper rehabilitation exercises guidance ,is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients and reduce complications .
