目的：观察阿德福韦酯联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗活动性肝硬化的疗效和安全性。方法：112例活动性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组59例和对照组53例，两组均保肝、对症等常规治疗基础上接受阿德福韦酯胶囊10mg/d治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合扶正化瘀胶囊3次/d ，3粒/次，疗程23周。结果：两组患者治疗后Child -pugh评分下降，肝功能改善，HBV DNA载量下降，配对比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0．01）。治疗组患者肝纤维化指标及脾门厚度的下降值优于对照组，组间比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0．01或 P＜0．05）。结论：阿德福韦酯联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗活动性乙型肝炎肝硬化能显著提高肝纤维化的治疗效果，改善肝功能，临床应用安全。
목적：관찰아덕복위지연합부정화어효낭치료활동성간경화적료효화안전성。방법：112례활동성을형간염간경화환자수궤분위치료조59례화대조조53례，량조균보간、대증등상규치료기출상접수아덕복위지효낭10mg/d치료，치료조재대조조기출상연합부정화어효낭3차/d ，3립/차，료정23주。결과：량조환자치료후Child -pugh평분하강，간공능개선，HBV DNA재량하강，배대비교차이유현저성의의（P＜0．01）。치료조환자간섬유화지표급비문후도적하강치우우대조조，조간비교차이유현저성의의（P＜0．01혹 P＜0．05）。결론：아덕복위지연합부정화어효낭치료활동성을형간염간경화능현저제고간섬유화적치료효과，개선간공능，림상응용안전。
Objective :To investigate the efficacy and safety on Adefovir Dipivoxil combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule in treatment of active liver cirrhosis .Methods :112patients with active hepatitis B together with liver cirrhosis were random -ly divided into 59 cases of the treatment group and the control group of 53 cases .The two groups were given Adefovir Dipivoxil 10mg/d treatment on the basis of the conventional therapy such as the liv-er protection ,and expectant treatment .The treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Huayu capsule three times daily on the basis of control group , three pieces once ,23 -week course of treatment .Results :After treating the two groups of patients Child -Pugh score decreased ,liver function im-proved ,HBV DNA load declined ,and the difference of comparison of matched pairs was significant (P<0 .01) .The decreased value of spleen thick-ness and liver fibrosis index of the treatment groups was superior to the control group ,the difference between groups was significant (P< 0 .01 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Adefovir Dipivoxil combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule in trea -ting active liver cirrhosis of hepatitis B can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of liver fibrosis and can coordinatly improve liver function ,and can supply security in clinical application .
