将来自南海红树林内生真菌E33和K38的共培养,从该培养液正丁醇萃取物中分离到环(L-苯丙-L-脯)二肽(1),环(D-脯-L-苯丙)二肽(2),环(L-苯丙-反-4-羟基-L-脯)二肽(3),环(顺-4-羟基-D-脯-L-苯丙)二肽(4),环(L-脯-L-酪)二肽(5),环(D-脯-L-酪)二肽(6),环(D-脯-D-色)二肽(7),木糖醇(8),腺苷(9),尿苷(10),其中化合物6为首次从真菌中分离到,化合物2,6,7,8为首次从海洋真菌里获得。
將來自南海紅樹林內生真菌E33和K38的共培養,從該培養液正丁醇萃取物中分離到環(L-苯丙-L-脯)二肽(1),環(D-脯-L-苯丙)二肽(2),環(L-苯丙-反-4-羥基-L-脯)二肽(3),環(順-4-羥基-D-脯-L-苯丙)二肽(4),環(L-脯-L-酪)二肽(5),環(D-脯-L-酪)二肽(6),環(D-脯-D-色)二肽(7),木糖醇(8),腺苷(9),尿苷(10),其中化閤物6為首次從真菌中分離到,化閤物2,6,7,8為首次從海洋真菌裏穫得。

Two mangrove endophytic fungi K38 and E33 from the South China Sea Coast were chosen to co-cluture.Ten secondary metabolites,cyclo (L-phe-L-pro) (1),cyclo (L-phe-L-pro)(1),cyclo (D-pro-L-phe)(2),cyclo (L-phe-trans-4-hydroxy-L-pro)(3),cyclo (cis-4-hydroxy-D-pro-L-phe) (4),cyclo (L-pro-L-tyr)(5),cyclo (D-pro-L-tyr) (6),cyclo (D-pro-D-trp) (7),xylitol (8), adenosine (9)and uridine (10)were isolated from the n-butyl alcohol extracts.Among them,Com-pound 6 was obtained from fungi for the first time,and compound 2,6,7,8 were isolated from marine fungi for the first time.
