建立了测定抗氧剂3114的高效液相色谱法。色谱条件为C8色谱柱,流动相为水:甲醇=10:90,检测波长为270 nm。抗氧剂3114的线性范围为0.998,平均回收率为98.4%,相对标准偏差为3.6%。所用方法准确简便,重复性好,可作为抗氧剂3114含量测定的有效方法。

Determination of antioxidant 3114 by phase liquid chromatography was described. The experimental conditions were optimized as follows: stationary phase was agilent C8, mobile phase was water:methanol=10:90, wavelength was 270 nm. Antioxidant 3114 linear range was 0.998, the average recovery was 98.4%, the relative standard deviation was 3.6%. The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used as a effective method for the content determination of antioxidant 3114.
