当压缩机需调节一定量的余隙,为满足压缩机的气量要求,常规的卸荷器不能满足压缩机工艺要求的气量。同时无级气量调节虽然可以实现,但要求控制复杂,并且大幅度增加了生产成本。为解决这个技术问题,余隙阀能提供一种能解决上述不足的调节压缩机余隙设置结构。

When the compressor need to adjust the clearance of a certain amount, to meet the requirements of the air compressor, the normal unloading device can not meet the requirement of the compressor process gas. Although stepless volume adjustment can be implemented at the same time, but it requires complex control, and greatly increased the cost of production.
