钢结构焊接在安装过程中较为常见,焊接连接在具有其独特的优点的同时,也存在着其不可避免的缺陷,即焊接残余应力及焊接变形。本文就施工现场的工艺钢结构及炉壳焊接,结合连续退火炉结构安装工程实际,浅谈焊接的残余应力及焊接变形的原因,以及现场施工过程中如何控制及解决办法。

Steel structure welding is more common in the instal ation proces ,welding connection has its unique advantages, but at the same time it also has the inevitable defects, namely welding residual stres and deformation. This article is showing the reasons of residual stres of welding and welding deformation , and also give methods to control and solve the problem what is said above in the proces of the construction site ,according to the scene of the proces steel structure and the furnace shel welding, combined with the engineering practice of the furnace structure instal ation of Continuous Annealing Line.
