水压驱动控制棒是一种全新的核反应堆控制技术,直动电磁阀是其关键部件。电磁阀的性能直接影响控制棒水压驱动系统的稳定运行。运用ANSYS电磁场分析软件研究直动电磁阀阀头在不同输入电流的工况下温度场的特性。结果表明,当电流增大时,阀头温度升高;阀头中心温度高于边缘温度,中心最高温度低于阀头破坏温度;内壁温度高于外壁温度,其中内壁中心温度为最高壁温;计算结果与实验数据的对比说明,该数值计算分析有较高的准确性。
水壓驅動控製棒是一種全新的覈反應堆控製技術,直動電磁閥是其關鍵部件。電磁閥的性能直接影響控製棒水壓驅動繫統的穩定運行。運用ANSYS電磁場分析軟件研究直動電磁閥閥頭在不同輸入電流的工況下溫度場的特性。結果錶明,噹電流增大時,閥頭溫度升高;閥頭中心溫度高于邊緣溫度,中心最高溫度低于閥頭破壞溫度;內壁溫度高于外壁溫度,其中內壁中心溫度為最高壁溫;計算結果與實驗數據的對比說明,該數值計算分析有較高的準確性。

A hydraulic drive control rod is a new control technology of nuclear reactor. The direct action solenoid valve is a key component of this technology. The performance of the direct action solenoid valve directly affects the stable operation of control rod hydraulic drive system. The temperature field of the head of the direct action solenoid valve with various currents was studied using the ANSYS software. The result shows that the temperature of the head of the solenoid valve increases as the current increasing. The temperature of the middle head is higher than that of the edge of the head and the highest temperature of the middle head is under the limiting temperature. The tempera-ture of the inner wall of the head is higher than that of the exterior wall. The results calculated by ANSYS were veri-fied with the experimental testing.
