在改革开放以来，中小企业的数量呈现出井喷式的发展趋势，中小企业占据了我国企业的半壁江山，虽然中小企业的规模相对较小，但是却有着巨大的发展潜力，但是，由于各种因素的影响，我国中小企业创新能力普遍偏低，然而，技术创新是企业进步的源泉，也是企业发展的动力，对于中小企业而言，科技是核心竞争力，只有进行技术创新，才能够实现全面发展，本文主要分析科技进步环境下中小企业技术的创新方法。
