以供给主义与需求主义为导向和主体内容的政策工具组合是农民工住房保障改革发展的主要途径。根据转型期的特点和规律以及改革发展的阶段水平和目标任务，突出和强化农民工住房保障已成为经济发展和社会转型的侧重点。政府应从农民工住房保障现状出发，系统性推进农民工住房保障的综合配套改革，着力构建农民工住房保障的机制链，逐步把农民工纳入住房保障体制。

The policy, which is based on supply and demand as guidance and the main content , is the path for housing security reform of migrant workers and development. According to the characteristics and laws in transition as well as the level and stage of re-form and development objectives, tasks, to highlight and strengthen the protection of migrant workers housing and economic development has become the focus of social transformation. From the current situation of migrant workers housing security, migrant workers systemati-cally promote comprehensive reform of housing security, housing security efforts to build mechanisms for migrant workers chain, and gradually bring the migrant workers into the housing security system.
