目的：探讨股骨髁解剖型锁定钛板治疗股骨髁上粉碎性骨折疗效。方法采用股骨髁解剖型锁定钛板内固定治疗股骨髁上骨折45例。结果所有病例都获得随访，随访8～24月，术后6～12月全部愈合，膝关节功能优良率为88．8％。结论解剖型锁定钛板治疗股骨髁上粉碎性骨折操作简单、出血少、固定可靠，获得良好的膝关节功能，是治疗股骨髁上骨折有效方法。
목적：탐토고골과해부형쇄정태판치료고골과상분쇄성골절료효。방법채용고골과해부형쇄정태판내고정치료고골과상골절45례。결과소유병례도획득수방，수방8～24월，술후6～12월전부유합，슬관절공능우량솔위88．8％。결론해부형쇄정태판치료고골과상분쇄성골절조작간단、출혈소、고정가고，획득량호적슬관절공능，시치료고골과상골절유효방법。
Objective To explore the outcomes of anatomy locking titanium plate for the treatment of commi-nuted femoral condyle fractures .Methods 45 cases with comminuted femoral condyle fractures were treated with anatomy locking titanium plate .Resluts All of the cases were followed up for 8-24 months .All fractures healed in 6-12 months .The rate of both the excellent and good knees function is 88 .8% .Conclusion Anatomy locking titanium plate for the treatment of comminuted femoral condyle fractures can provide simple operation ,less bleed-ing ,reliable fixing and satisfactory knee function recovery ,which is optimal for comminuted femoral condyle frac-tures .
