目的：探讨手术联合使用抗菌药物治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的有效性，寻求减少术后复发的方法。方法回顾性分析中南大学湘雅医院2006年1月～2010年12月经病理确诊，临床表现为局部红肿热痛的肿块型浆细胞性乳腺炎患者75例，按治疗方法不同分为治疗组51例（术前联合抗菌药物治疗）和对照组24例（单纯手术治疗），全部患者均采用手术治疗。随访两组患者在术后3月、6月、1年及总的复发率。治疗组随机分为3个亚组，术前用不同抗生素联合治疗，比较治疗效果。结果术后1年治疗组总的复发率为27．5％明显低于对照组的58．3％（ P ＝0．010）。术后1年治疗组3个亚组的总的复发率比较无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。结论术前联合使用抗菌药物可降低术后局部复发率。
목적：탐토수술연합사용항균약물치료장세포성유선염적유효성，심구감소술후복발적방법。방법회고성분석중남대학상아의원2006년1월～2010년12월경병리학진，림상표현위국부홍종열통적종괴형장세포성유선염환자75례，안치료방법불동분위치료조51례（술전연합항균약물치료）화대조조24례（단순수술치료），전부환자균채용수술치료。수방량조환자재술후3월、6월、1년급총적복발솔。치료조수궤분위3개아조，술전용불동항생소연합치료，비교치료효과。결과술후1년치료조총적복발솔위27．5％명현저우대조조적58．3％（ P ＝0．010）。술후1년치료조3개아조적총적복발솔비교무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）。결론술전연합사용항균약물가강저술후국부복발솔。
Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of reducing postoperative recurrence by using antibiot-ics before surgery . Methods A retrospective review was conducted for 75 patients with plasma cell mastitis in Xiangya hospital of Central South University from January 2006 to December 2010 , all patients were final diag-nosed pathologically and their clinical manifestation was local reddening ,swelling ,heat and pain .All of 75 cases was treated by operation and divided into 2 groups:the treatment group (51 cases) by using antibiotics before sur-gery and control group (25 cases ) by single operation . Comparing the recurrence rate of two groups after 3 months ,6 months ,a year and total ,treatment group is further subdivided into 3 groups according to the different kinds of antibiotics .Results The rate of total recurrence in treatment group is 27 .5% ,which is significantly lower than that of control group which is 58 .3% ( P <0 .05 ) .The recurrence rate of 3 subgroups has no significant difference between each other ( P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion Using antibiotics before surgery can reduce postoperative recurrence .
