在焦炭上喷洒一定浓度的钝化剂溶液，可防止高温下焦炭气孔壁变薄而粉化，减少高温下焦炭破碎，有利于降低高炉中焦炭的热反应性，提高反应后强度，相应增加喷煤量，进一步提高冶炼强度，增加高炉产量。
在焦炭上噴灑一定濃度的鈍化劑溶液，可防止高溫下焦炭氣孔壁變薄而粉化，減少高溫下焦炭破碎，有利于降低高爐中焦炭的熱反應性，提高反應後彊度，相應增加噴煤量，進一步提高冶煉彊度，增加高爐產量。
재초탄상분쇄일정농도적둔화제용액，가방지고온하초탄기공벽변박이분화，감소고온하초탄파쇄，유리우강저고로중초탄적열반응성，제고반응후강도，상응증가분매량，진일보제고야련강도，증가고로산량。
Spraying passivating agent solution of certain concentration on coke can prevent coke atom -ization under high temperature, and reduce coke fine rate.By this way,the coke thermal reactivity in blast furnace is reduced,post-reaction strength is increased ,and coal injection quantity is increased . Therefore,smelting intensity and production rate of blast furnace are increased .
