综述了聚烯烃弹性体(POE)的结构及特点、生产技术、国外生产现状和国内研发进展。POE分子结构中引入了大量α-烯烃共聚单体,且保留了一定的聚乙烯结晶相,因而兼备塑性和弹性,具有良好的力学性能和抗紫外线性能,同时还具有与聚烯烃亲和性好、低温韧性好的性能。POE的生产主要采用溶液法,使用限定几何构型茂金属催化剂可以控制在POE线形短支链支化结构中引入长支链,从而改善POE的加工性能。

The authors summarized the structure, characteristics, production technologies, production status abroad and domestic progress of polyolefin elastomer (POE).Large amount of α-olefins are introduced into the molecular structure of POE and certain polyethylene crystalline phase in POE is maintained, so POE has both properties of plasticity and elasticity. POE has good mechanical properties and ultraviolet resistance. It also has excellent compatibility with polyolefin and toughness at low temperature. POE is mainly produced with the solution method. Long chain branching in linear short chain branching of POE can be controlled by using constrained geometry metallocene catalyst to improve the processing performance of POE.
