本文从活性指数、水化热、XRD分析、混凝土坍落度、与外加剂适应性、抗压强度、耐久性能等方面系统研究了脱硫石膏矿渣粉在混凝土中的应用,结果表明:脱硫石膏作用机理主要是促进更多钙矾石的生成和加快早期水化反应速度。脱硫石膏对矿渣粉混凝土流动性影响不明显,但有利于提高矿渣粉混凝土的抗压强度和耐久性能。研究结果有利于脱硫石膏和矿渣粉两种废料在混凝土中应用,具有良好的经济、社会和环境效益。

본문종활성지수、수화열、XRD분석、혼응토담락도、여외가제괄응성、항압강도、내구성능등방면계통연구료탈류석고광사분재혼응토중적응용,결과표명:탈류석고작용궤리주요시촉진경다개반석적생성화가쾌조기수화반응속도。탈류석고대광사분혼응토류동성영향불명현,단유리우제고광사분혼응토적항압강도화내구성능。연구결과유리우탈류석고화광사분량충폐료재혼응토중응용,구유량호적경제、사회화배경효익。
In this paper , the application of slag power which activity excited by desulfurized gypsum in concrete was studied with activity index ,hydrated heat analysis , XRD, concrete slump , the adaptability to chemical admixtures , compressive strength and durability .The results indicated that the mechanisms were that desulfurized gypsum could promote formation of ettringite and accelerate the reaction of early hydration .Compared with the ordinary slag powder , desulfurized gypsum slag had little influence to the flowability of ground slag concrete , however , the early compressive strength and durability of ground slag concrete were enhanced due to desulfurized gypsum .The results maked for the desulfurization gypsum and slag powder using in the concrete , and creating better society benefits , economics benefits and environmental benefits .
