目的：观察康复1号提取物对小鼠成骨细胞MC3T3-E1细胞增殖的影响。方法将稀释成不同梯度浓度的康复1号提取物和成骨样细胞MC3T3-E1共同体外培养，采用MTT法检测细胞的增殖。结果康复1号提取物低浓度组（1：2000）对MC3T3-E1细胞增殖无影响（P>0.05）；中浓度组（1：1000）对细胞增殖影响明显，增殖率48.1%（P约0.05）；高浓度组（1：250）增殖率68.1%（P约0.01）。结论体外实验表明，康复1号能明显促进小鼠MC3T3-E1细胞的增殖。
목적：관찰강복1호제취물대소서성골세포MC3T3-E1세포증식적영향。방법장희석성불동제도농도적강복1호제취물화성골양세포MC3T3-E1공동체외배양，채용MTT법검측세포적증식。결과강복1호제취물저농도조（1：2000）대MC3T3-E1세포증식무영향（P>0.05）；중농도조（1：1000）대세포증식영향명현，증식솔48.1%（P약0.05）；고농도조（1：250）증식솔68.1%（P약0.01）。결론체외실험표명，강복1호능명현촉진소서MC3T3-E1세포적증식。
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation No.1 herb extracts on the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells. Methods Osteoblast-like MC3T3-E1 cells were cultured in vitro with different concentrations of herb extracts of rehabilitation No.1. Cell proliferation was detected by using MTT method. Results Low concentration group(1:2000) of the rehabilitation No.1 herb extract had no effect on the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells; the proliferation rate was 48.1% in middle concentration group (1:1000)(P<0.05); and the proliferation rate of high concentration group (1:250) was 68.1%(P<0.01). Conclusion Rrehabilitation No.1 herb extracts can promote the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells in vitro.
