高职高专教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,为国家建设培养了大批实用型人才。为研究高职高专毕业生在就业形势严峻背景下的心理问题,本课题组采用“社会适应能力诊断量表、症状自评量表和大学生就业意向调查”3份问卷对高职高专毕业生开展调查,结果发现被试群体存在社会适应能力总体偏差,有强迫、人际关系敏感和恐怖等心理问题,对就业前景较为悲观。建议政府要创造更多就业机会,建立公平公正的社会环境;高职高专院校要科学设置专业与课程,致力于培养高质量人才;高职高专学生要养成良好的思想品格,储备精湛的专业素质,更新就业观念。

The higher vocational education which cultivates a host of practical talented person is an impor-tant part of china’s higher education.In order to study students’psychological problem with the back-ground of the intensive employment,“the Social Adapt Ability Diagnostic Scale,SCl-90 and a Survey on College Student’s Employment Intention”has been employed in this paper to investigate the graduates of vocational college.As a result,the study reveals that the subj ects’social-adapting ability is weak.And the subj ects have the psychological problems of obsessive,interpersonal sensitivity,and fear so as to be pessi-mistic toward the employment outlook.Based on the study,it is suggested that the government should create more j ob opportunities and a fair social environment.The vocational colleges should set up courses scientifically and in dedication to cultivate more talented graduates.The students of the higher vocational colleges should form a good character and develop professional skills and update idea about employment.
