目的：研究个体化健康教育在妇科护理工作中的应用价值。方法选择2012年4月～2013年7月我院收治的124例妇科住院患者，按照入院时间不同分成研究组（62例）与对照组（62例），研究组实施个体化健康教育方式，对照组采用常规健康教育方式，比较与分析两组护理效果。结果研究组患者对疾病知识的有效掌握率、遵医行为的有效遵医率、对护理工作的满意率等方面都显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论个体化健康教育方式运用在妇科患者护理工作中，护理效果较佳，应用价值较高，值得推广与应用。
목적：연구개체화건강교육재부과호리공작중적응용개치。방법선택2012년4월～2013년7월아원수치적124례부과주원환자，안조입원시간불동분성연구조（62례）여대조조（62례），연구조실시개체화건강교육방식，대조조채용상규건강교육방식，비교여분석량조호리효과。결과연구조환자대질병지식적유효장악솔、준의행위적유효준의솔、대호리공작적만의솔등방면도현저고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론개체화건강교육방식운용재부과환자호리공작중，호리효과교가，응용개치교고，치득추엄여응용。
Objective To study the application value of individual health education in gynecological nursing. Methods 124 inpatients in department of gynaecology in our hospital during April 2012 to July 2013 were selected,who were divided into the study group(62 cases) and the control group(62 cases) according to the admission time.The patients of the study group were implemented the individualized health education,while the patients of the control group were implemented the routine health education,and the nursing effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The rate of effectively grasp to knowledge of the disease,effective rate of compliance behavior,satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Individual health education in gynecological patients has better nursing effect,higher application value,and is worthy of promotion and application.
