目的：探讨胶囊内镜对老年不明原因消化道出血患者的使用价值。方法选取2009年9月~2013年7月来我院就诊137例不明原因消化道出血患者，将患者按照年龄分为两组，老年组75例，非老年组62例，采用胶囊内镜进行检查，比较两组检查结果。结果老年组患者小肠转运时间明显高于非老年组（P＜0.05），老年组血管病变阳性诊断率高于非老年组，而克罗恩病阳性诊断率低于非老年组（P＜0.05）。结论老年不明原因消化道出血患者检查手段中胶囊内镜安全性及诊断价值较高，可以推广应用。

목적：탐토효낭내경대노년불명원인소화도출혈환자적사용개치。방법선취2009년9월~2013년7월래아원취진137례불명원인소화도출혈환자，장환자안조년령분위량조，노년조75례，비노년조62례，채용효낭내경진행검사，비교량조검사결과。결과노년조환자소장전운시간명현고우비노년조（P＜0.05），노년조혈관병변양성진단솔고우비노년조，이극라은병양성진단솔저우비노년조（P＜0.05）。결론노년불명원인소화도출혈환자검사수단중효낭내경안전성급진단개치교고，가이추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effects of capsule endoscopy use value in elderly patients with unknown causes gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods We selected 137 cases of patients with unknown causes gastrointestinal bleeding from September 2009 to July 2009 to our hospital, patients were divided into two groups by age,elderly group 75 examples,the elderly group 62 examples,they were used capsule endoscopy check,we compared two groups of test results. Results Small intestine transit time of the elderly group patients was obviously higher than that of non elderly group(P<0.05),vascular lesions positive diagnosis of elderly group was higher than that of non elderly group,and the composition of crohn's disease positive diagnosis ratio was below than the elderly group(P<0.05). Conclusion In elderly patients with unknown causes gastrointestinal bleeding means of checking the safety and diagnostic value of capsule endoscopy is higher,can be used for clinical.
