在超声辐射下,以KOH 为催化剂,由取代苯乙腈与芳香醛进行诺文葛尔缩合反应,最终高产率地得到缩合产物,产物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱等确证。该反应时间短,操作简便,收率较高,为该类化合物的合成提供了一种有效的新方法。
在超聲輻射下,以KOH 為催化劑,由取代苯乙腈與芳香醛進行諾文葛爾縮閤反應,最終高產率地得到縮閤產物,產物結構經紅外光譜、覈磁共振、質譜等確證。該反應時間短,操作簡便,收率較高,為該類化閤物的閤成提供瞭一種有效的新方法。
재초성복사하,이KOH 위최화제,유취대분을정여방향철진행낙문갈이축합반응,최종고산솔지득도축합산물,산물결구경홍외광보、핵자공진、질보등학증。해반응시간단,조작간편,수솔교고,위해류화합물적합성제공료일충유효적신방법。
The condensations of benzyl cyanides with aromatic aldehydes under ultrasound irradiation have been studied in this paper.All the reactions occur with excellent yields and short time in the presence of potassium hydroxide as catalyst.The structure of product has been confirmed by IR,NMR,mass spec-trometry etc.The reaction could be worked up easily with short reaction time,high yields and environ-mental friendliness,which provides an effective new method for the synthesis of these compounds.
