笔者临床中遇到一例因慢性胃炎引起的呃逆，按照传统思路治疗效果不佳，从抗变态反应角度出发，以清胃热为主联合 H1受体拮抗制剂左西替利嗪抗过敏治疗收到了意想不到的效果，提示治疗顽固性呃逆应重视病因治疗，此例患者顽固性呃逆病因可能为胃黏膜对外来刺激反应性增高。

Traditional methods not effective for intractable hiccup following chronic gastritis, based on anti-allergic, mainly according to Qingweire puls H1 receptor antagonist agents left cetirizine anti-allergy received an unexpected effect.
