目的：探讨早期脂肪肝大鼠血液流变学变化，初步明确早期脂肪肝、血液流变学、中医血瘀证三者的关系，为临床诊断和治疗早期脂肪肝提供实验室依据。方法：采用高脂饮食法制备非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型，16只Wistar 雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组，检测各组大鼠血清和肝组织TC、TG、肝切片及血液流变学指标。结果：早期脂肪肝大鼠血液流变学各项指标均高于正常组，具有统计学意义。结论：早期脂肪肝大鼠血液流变学各项指标均有明显升高，证实在早期脂肪肝就存在血液流变性障碍，即表现为高黏滞血症，脂肪肝大鼠存在血瘀证，表明了血瘀证和血液流变学之间关系密切。
목적：탐토조기지방간대서혈액류변학변화，초보명학조기지방간、혈액류변학、중의혈어증삼자적관계，위림상진단화치료조기지방간제공실험실의거。방법：채용고지음식법제비비주정성지방간대서모형，16지Wistar 웅성대서수궤분위정상대조조、모형대조조，검측각조대서혈청화간조직TC、TG、간절편급혈액류변학지표。결과：조기지방간대서혈액류변학각항지표균고우정상조，구유통계학의의。결론：조기지방간대서혈액류변학각항지표균유명현승고，증실재조기지방간취존재혈액류변성장애，즉표현위고점체혈증，지방간대서존재혈어증，표명료혈어증화혈액류변학지간관계밀절。
Objective:We investigated the changes of blood rheology in fatty liver rats learned early , clarified relationship between early fatty liver, blood rheology , blood stasis syndrome in three , for the clinical early diagnosis and treatment of fatty liver .Methods:using high fat diet preparation of non alcoholic fatty liver rat models , 16 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group , model control group , normal saline was given .Detection of serum and liver tissue of rats in each group TC , TG, liver biopsy and blood rheology.Results:in the early stage of blood rheology of fatty liver in rats were higher than that in the normal group , with statistical significance.Conclusion:rat blood rheology indexes were significantly higher in the early fatty liver , confirmed there is disturbance of hemorheology , which shows the hyperlipemia , fatty liver in rats blood stasis syndrome , blood stasis and shows the close relationship be-tween blood rheology .
