通过主梁拱度曲线的设计原理及电动单梁起重机主梁实测拱度与跨端测点至端梁车轮中心线距离c和跨度S的相关性分析指出,在电动单梁起重机主梁拱度检测时,通常情况下,尤其是在跨度较大时,应按跨度范围内的拱度要求来判定实测拱度是否合格。但对于小跨度精确测量时,可按公式进行修正。

Through the design principle of girder camber curve , and analysis for correspondence between actual measured value of camber and the distance C which is from span end measurement point for electric single-girder crane's girder to the wheel centerline of end beam , and span S, it shows that when the girder camber of such crane is measured , especially in the case of large span , generally the measured camber shall be checked for qualification as per the camber re -quirements within the span limit.For small-span accuracy measurement , correction shall be made as per the equation.
