采用传统理论模型计算了双梁桥式起重机起升过程动态特性,得到不同起升阶段的关键零部件固有频率、位移及速度,同时对这一过程进行ADAMS动力学仿真分析,得到重物起升过程质心变化、柔性主梁变形及分段离散的钢丝绳受力情况。通过两种方法所得结果比较分析,后者验证了传统计算的结论及某些假设的不足,更全面详细地反映起升过程中起重机关键部件动力学特性。

The dynamic property of double-beam bridge crane during lifting is figured out using traditional theoretic model, to figure out the inherent frequency, displacement, and speed of key parts at different lifting sections , and ADAMSdynamic simulation analysis is performed in order to get the barycenter changes of lifting objects , flexible girder deformation,and loaded conditions of wire rope in discrete parts.Through analysis for results from both methods, the latterverifies conclusion of traditional calculations and deficiency of certain assumptions , and fully reflects the dynamic propertyof crane's key parts during lifting.
