针对结构以及工作特点独特的壁行式悬臂起重机在设计生产过程中建模分析繁琐、重复工作量大等缺点,将参数化建模分析引入到该型起重机设计生产过程中,利用有限元软件Ansys中的APDL参数化编程语言,研究了对于其构造形式相同,相关尺寸不同的整机参数化建模及结构分析问题,对整机各个具有独立特点的结构部分的钢板尺寸及其相互之间的配合进行参数化定义,定制个性化用户界面,以避免不断更改命令流文件,实现其快速建模,准确分析,大大降低了设计人员的劳动强度,节约了成本,通过对其加载计算模型有别于普通壁柱式悬臂起重机的分析,提出一种新的加载分析模型,对该型起重机在国内的研究发展提供一定的参考借鉴作用。

In view of various disadvantages during design and manufacturing of the wall-sleeving crane with its unique structure and working property , such as complex modeling analysis and large repeating workload , etc., the parametric modeling analysis is introduced to the design and production of this kind of cranes .The parametric modeling and structural analysis for cranes with the same structural type and different dimensions is studied through APDL parametric programming language in finite element software Ansys to make parametric definitions for dimensions of independent components in the crane and define personalized user interface , in order to avoid constantly changing the command streaming file , realize rapid modeling and accurate analysis , which can greatly reduce designers'workload and save the cost.Through analysis for the loaded calculation model which is different from ordinary pillar jib cranes , a new load analysis model is put forward , providing certain guidance for domestic research development.
