针对基于固定换挡点的电动汽车变速器传动比设计方法存在的,没有综合考虑换挡点与变速器传动比和电机工作效率之间的关系,而导致电机能耗增大的难题,以电机电能消耗量最小为设计目标,提出了基于换挡点的电动公交客车的变速器传动比设计方法。为了验证方法的可行性,以某型号电动公交客车为研究对象,建立了基于 Matlab/Simulink的整车模型。通过对其进行城市客车用运转循环(普通道路)工况的动力学仿真,得到了行驶过程中的变速器中间挡位传动比与电机电能消耗量的关系,同时得到中间挡位传动比取2.784时,电机电能消耗量最低,可以减少50 kJ 的结论。

Caused by the negligence of shifting point of change and the function relations between the transmission ratios and motor efficiency,the problem of increase of motor energy consumption exists in the design method of fixed shift point.In light of the problem,the design method based on shift point of electric bus transmission ratios is proposed with the goal of minimizing the electric power consumption.In order to verify the feasibili-ty of the method,the study of a electric bus is made and the vehicle model based on Matlab/Simulink is established.Through the dynamics simulation of the bus under the city driving cycle for bus (ordi-nary roads )working conditions,the relation be-tween the middle transmission gear ratios and the motor power consumption is acquired.When the middle transmission ratios is 2. 784,the motor power consumption is lowest with 50 kJ reduced.
