目的：观察鼠神经生长因子联合椎旁神经根阻滞治疗肺癌併发带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效。方法：将40例具有典型带状疱疹神经痛表现的肺癌患者随机分为A组（实验组）和B组（对照组）各20例。治疗组给予鼠神经生长因子肌注1支每日一次+椎旁神经根阻滞每周2次；对照组给予椎旁神经阻滞每周2次。观察治疗后1周、2周疼痛指标及1月后的随访结果。结果：比较两组患者的疼痛指标及总体疗效，A组优于B组，有显著性意义P＜0.05。结论：鼠神经生长因子联合椎旁神经根治疗肺癌伴带状疱疹神经痛优于单纯椎旁神经阻滞治疗。
목적：관찰서신경생장인자연합추방신경근조체치료폐암병발대상포진신경통적림상료효。방법：장40례구유전형대상포진신경통표현적폐암환자수궤분위A조（실험조）화B조（대조조）각20례。치료조급여서신경생장인자기주1지매일일차+추방신경근조체매주2차；대조조급여추방신경조체매주2차。관찰치료후1주、2주동통지표급1월후적수방결과。결과：비교량조환자적동통지표급총체료효，A조우우B조，유현저성의의P＜0.05。결론：서신경생장인자연합추방신경근치료폐암반대상포진신경통우우단순추방신경조체치료。
Objective:To observe the effect of mouse nerve growth factor on herpes zoster neuralgia in lung cancer patients. Methods:A total of 40 lung cancer patients with typical performance of herpes zoster neuralgia were randomly assigned to either experimental group (Group A) receiving mouse nerve growth factor and paravertebral block anesthesia, or control group (Group B) only receiving paravertebral block anesthesia. Visual ana-logue scale and curative effect were assessed at the day 7, 14days. Results of one-month follow-up were acquired by the phone call. Results:Group A got much better results than the group B in terms of curative effect (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of mouse nerve growth factor associated with paravertebral block anesthesia can achieve more significant curative effect on herpes zoster neuralgia in lung cancer patients and is worth of spreading.
