采用逆推法,计算出基于发散光路的三维测量中参考面上为标准的正弦性光场时的投影光栅函数,再将计算出的投影光栅,用投影仪投影到参考面上,从而获得了标准的正弦性光场,并利用傅里叶变换方法进行三维测量。实验研究表明,此方法可以有效地抑制变形条纹的频谱混叠,准确的提取其基频信息,从而提高三维测量的精度。仿真与实验均验证了提出方法的可行性与有效性。
採用逆推法,計算齣基于髮散光路的三維測量中參攷麵上為標準的正絃性光場時的投影光柵函數,再將計算齣的投影光柵,用投影儀投影到參攷麵上,從而穫得瞭標準的正絃性光場,併利用傅裏葉變換方法進行三維測量。實驗研究錶明,此方法可以有效地抑製變形條紋的頻譜混疊,準確的提取其基頻信息,從而提高三維測量的精度。倣真與實驗均驗證瞭提齣方法的可行性與有效性。

A method to construct grating projection function by inverse method is given in this paper. When a sinusoidal grating is projected on a diffuse object to be measured, the grating’s phase deformation caused by the surface shape is extracted by the Fou-rier transform method. Experiment shows that the proposed method can effectively inhibit spectrum aliasing of deformation stripes, and accurately extract the fundamental frequency information, so as to improve the accuracy of three-dimensional measurement. Simu-lation and experimental results show the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
