告成矿位于郑州矿区“三软煤层”地质条件下,受滑动构造影响,造成构造带直接压煤,煤层厚度变化较大,煤层结构较为简单,顶板极破碎,直接底为砂质泥岩。回采过程中,采用端头割三角煤斜切式进刀,造成人工劳动强度大,窝工、复工现象经常出现,通过改进采煤工序,科学组织生产,在21051工作面取得了很好的效果,不仅提高了安全系数,同时也保证了高产高效。
