A New Vehicle Fault Diagnostic Tester has been designed based on the combination of Bluetooth and OBD-II(On Broad Diagnostic) standards which is the most widely used in this stage. This system can complete car fault diagnosis and driving behavior analysis when it coupled with a smart phone with Bluetooth module. It can be proved that this system is economical and practical, and also has great development space.
