文章以硫酸盐还原菌(Desulfovibrio desulfurican)为试验菌株,探讨了不同生长因子对其分泌胞外聚合物(extracellular polymeric substances ,简称EPS)的影响及其产生的EPS对Cu2+的吸附作用。结果表明,在 pH值、初始接种TS 、w(F/M )和ρ(COD)/ρ(SO42-)分别为7、182 mg/L、18.1和3∶1.0的条件下SRB菌分泌的EPS最多;在 pH值、初始接种TS 、w(F/M)和ρ(COD)/ρ(SO42-)分别为8、136.5 mg/L、45.3和3∶0.3的条件下,对硫酸盐还原菌进行培养获得的EPS对Cu2+的吸附性能最佳。对吸附前后的 EPS进行FT IR光谱表征,结果表明在EPS与Cu2+的结合过程中,蛋白质的作用要强于多糖。

In this paper ,the sulfate-reducing bacteria(Desulfovibrio desulfurican) were used as the test strains to explore the impact of different growth factors on the components of extracellular poly-meric substances(EPS) and the sorption ability of these EPS to the Cu2+ .The experimental results showed that the amount of EPS secreted by SRB were maximum when pH value ,initial inoculums , the ratio of w(F/M) andρ(COD)/ρ(SO42 -) were 7 ,182 mg/L ,18 .1 and 3∶1 .0 respectively .When these conditions were at 8 ,136 .5 mg/L ,45 .3 and 3∶0 .3 respectively ,the EPS were more easily combined with Cu2+ .The FTIR spectrum of unloaded and Cu2+-loaded EPS indicated that protein played a major role compared with polysaccharide at the process of sorption .
