为探析农牧民贫困实际，采用入户调查的方法对西藏11个县农牧区150户贫困居民进行贫困户家庭对自身贫困状况、原因的认知及其对政府扶贫措施期望的调查与分析。结果表明：西藏农牧区基本脱离了绝对贫困，相对贫困比例较大；贫困居民对食物的需求低于对就业机会与技术的需求，但仍然占较大比重；贫困户“等、靠、要”思想并不像所说的那么强烈，其更需要能够自我发展的技能与就业机会。

To search for the actual poverty of farmers and herdsmen,basing on the households survey of poor residents about agricultural areas from 11 counties (150 families)in Tibet,an analysis of their poverty on poor households in Tibet and the recognition of cause and the expectations from the government poverty alleviation measures was conducted.Results:agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet just got rid of absolute poverty,the proportion of relative poverty was bigger;the food demand of poor households was lower than that of work availability and technology,but it was still in a big majority;the thought of“waiting,relying and asking”was not as strong as people often said in poor households,they extremely need the skills of self-development and work availability.
