为了对鱼腥草生产和质量控制提供指导依据,对贵阳市乌当区百宜乡鱼腥草种植基地的鱼腥草和种植土壤进行了 Pb、Cd、Hg、Cu 和 As 含量测定及相关性分析。结果表明:鱼腥草中 Pb 含量在1.9~8.71μg/g,Cd 含量在1.9~8.71μg/g,Hg 含量在0.03~0.09μg/g,Cu 含量在7.71~17.45μg/g,As 含量在0.80~59.30μg/g,除 As 元素外,鱼腥草中 Pb、Cd、Hg、Cu 的含量均没有超过中药有害元素限量标准,且对 Pb、Hg、Cu 和 As 均有一定的耐性,Cd 元素含量变化为地下部分>地上部分,Hg 元素含量变化为地下部分<地上部分;土壤中5种有害元素平均含量只有 As 元素略超标,其余均在限定范围内;鱼腥草和土壤中有害元素含量不完全相关。
為瞭對魚腥草生產和質量控製提供指導依據,對貴暘市烏噹區百宜鄉魚腥草種植基地的魚腥草和種植土壤進行瞭 Pb、Cd、Hg、Cu 和 As 含量測定及相關性分析。結果錶明:魚腥草中 Pb 含量在1.9~8.71μg/g,Cd 含量在1.9~8.71μg/g,Hg 含量在0.03~0.09μg/g,Cu 含量在7.71~17.45μg/g,As 含量在0.80~59.30μg/g,除 As 元素外,魚腥草中 Pb、Cd、Hg、Cu 的含量均沒有超過中藥有害元素限量標準,且對 Pb、Hg、Cu 和 As 均有一定的耐性,Cd 元素含量變化為地下部分>地上部分,Hg 元素含量變化為地下部分<地上部分;土壤中5種有害元素平均含量隻有 As 元素略超標,其餘均在限定範圍內;魚腥草和土壤中有害元素含量不完全相關。
위료대어성초생산화질량공제제공지도의거,대귀양시오당구백의향어성초충식기지적어성초화충식토양진행료 Pb、Cd、Hg、Cu 화 As 함량측정급상관성분석。결과표명:어성초중 Pb 함량재1.9~8.71μg/g,Cd 함량재1.9~8.71μg/g,Hg 함량재0.03~0.09μg/g,Cu 함량재7.71~17.45μg/g,As 함량재0.80~59.30μg/g,제 As 원소외,어성초중 Pb、Cd、Hg、Cu 적함량균몰유초과중약유해원소한량표준,차대 Pb、Hg、Cu 화 As 균유일정적내성,Cd 원소함량변화위지하부분>지상부분,Hg 원소함량변화위지하부분<지상부분;토양중5충유해원소평균함량지유 As 원소략초표,기여균재한정범위내;어성초화토양중유해원소함량불완전상관。
In order to provide a basic guidance for producing and controlling quality of H .cordata,the content of five kinds of heavy metals,including Pb,Cd,Hg,Cu and As were detected in H .cordata and soil in Baiyu Township,Wudang District,Guiyang.And the correlations were analyzed as well Results:The concentrations of Pb,Cd,Hg,Cu and As were 1.9~8.71μg/g,1.9~8.71μg/g,0.03~0.09μg/g, 7.71~17.45μg/g and 0.80~59.30 respectively.Besides the As element,the contents of Pb,Cd,Hg and Cu were all lower than the Chinese medicine harmful element limit standard.There was a little tolerance to the heavy metals of Pb,Hg,Cu and As.The Cd content was root>stem and leaf,and Hg content was root< stem and leaf.The average contents of all the harmful elements were in the limited ranges except As slightly exceeding the standard. The contents of harmful elements in H .cordata and soil had incomplete correlation.
