为定量分析昆仑雪菊中有机磷类农药的残留,从市场采集雪菊样品,采用气相色谱串联质谱法对新疆昆仑雪菊中18种有机磷农药残留量进行检测。结果表明:在样品采用乙腈提取、固相萃取(SPE)柱净化后,所有农药在15 min 内完全分离并流出;在18种有机磷农药保留时间确定的串联质谱检测条件下,其2种添加浓度的加标回收率在71.2%~93.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.17%~6.20%。在0.05~1.0 mg/L 质量浓度范围内的线性关系良好(r 2>0.99)。样品经过检测均未含有农药残留,该方法的灵敏度、精密度和准确度均满足农药残留分析要求,适用于雪菊中的有机磷农药残留的快速筛查与定性、定量分析。

To quantitatively analye organophosphorus pesticides in C. ticntoria, 18 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in C. ticntoria were detected by Gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS)method was established for analysis of 18 organic phosphorus pesticides in C. ticntoria. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and cleaned up by SPE column;Then the extracts were determined with a MS/MS detector based on MRM,All of them were well separated within 15min.When the spiked average recoveries ranged from 71.2% to 93.5%.The RSD ranged from 2.17%~6.20%,The pesticides were of good linearity in the range of 0.05~1.0 mg/L.In the samples no pesticide residues were detected.The method was accurate and sensitive,which was suitable for analysis of various pesticides residues in C.ticntoria.
