为探讨酒糟发酵生物饲料在肉牛养殖上的应用效果,选择体重(320±23.76)kg 左右的西门塔尔×本地黄牛杂交肉牛20头随机分为试验Ⅰ组(喂给酒糟生物饲料+黄竹草+1.2%精料(按体重补充)、试验Ⅱ组(喂给酒糟生物饲料+黄竹草+1.5%精料),进行酒糟发酵生物料对育肥牛生长性能及经济效益的影响试验。结果表明:试验Ⅱ组牛的日增重为1373.95 g/头、蛋白质转化效率为1.27,分别比试验Ⅰ组高24.04%(P <0.05)、14.41%(P <0.05);试验Ⅱ组牛每千克增重干物质消耗为4.94 kg、综合净能转化效率为19.75 MJ/kg,分别比试验Ⅰ组低10.67%(P <0.05)、6.31%(P <0.05);试验Ⅱ组牛每天每千克增重的收益为4.13元,比试验Ⅰ组高1.66元,增收67.2%。饲喂酒糟生物饲料的杂交肉牛日增重要达到1350 g,需要日供给1.5%的精料,干物质6.78 kg/头、蛋白质1.08 kg/头、综合净能36.50 MJ/头。

To explore the application effects of distiller’s grains on beef cattle cultivation,twenty beef cattle(Simmental × Local Cattle)that were about 320 ± 23.76 kg(P > 0.05)weight were selected and divided into group I(fed with the Fermented Distiller’s Grains Feed+Pennisetum Hydridum+ 1.2% per 100kg body weight) and group II (fed with the Fermented Distiller’s Grains Feed + Pennisetum Hydridum+ 1.5% per 100kg body weight),thus,an experiment was conducted to explore the growth performance and economic benefits of fattening beef cattle fed with fermentation feed of distiller's grains. The results showed that the ADG(1 373.95 g),PER(1.27)of group II were significantly higher than group I (24.04%),(14.41%);Per kg weight supply DM(4.94 kg)and NEmf(19.75 MJ/kg)of group II were significantly lower than group I(respectively 10.67% and 6.31%);The net profit per day for each cattle of group II was higher than group I(67.2%).The cross beef cattle fed with fermented distiller’s grains would gain the ADG of 1 350 g that should be provided the concentrate supplement of 1.5 kg of their per 100 kg body weight,DM6.78 kg,CP1.08 kg and NEmf36.50MJ each day.
