为了确定果蔗新品系黔蔗06/126的用种量和施氮水平,达到节本增效目的,于2011-2012年在坝地进行了不同用种量和不同施氮水平试验。结果表明:黔蔗06/126出苗率和分蘖率随用种量的增加而下降,用种量与产量关系不大,少用种提高分蘖,多用种量则减少分蘖,使形成产量主因的单茎重和有效茎相似,不同用种量的植株生育期相似;尿素施用与不施相比,单茎重增加16.6%~39.6%,茎高提高9.7%~10.8%,增产18.1%~41.7%,增收22.8%~49.0%。综合比较,黔蔗06/126用种量9.0万芽/hm2,施尿素450 kg/hm2为合理用种量和施氮水平。

Qianzhe 06/126,a new chewing cane variety,was tested under different sowing quantity and nitrogen application amount on flat field to study the optimum sowing quantity and nitrogen application amount.The results showed that the emergence rate and tillering rate of Qianzhe 06/126 decreased with increment of sowing quantity and there was not obvious relationship between sowing quantity and yield. There was no obvious difference in growth period between different sowing quantity.The single stem weight,stem height,yield and income of Qianzhe 06/126 under applying nitrogen could increase by 16.6%~39.6%,9.7% ~ 10.8%,18.1% ~ 41.7% and 22.8% ~ 49.0% compared with CK without applying nitrogen respectively,The optimum sowing quantity and nitrogen application amount of Qianzhe 06/126 is 90 thousand buds/hm2 and 450kg/ hm2 separately.
