为探明外源 Ca2+对药用植物栝楼抗寒性的变化,以耐寒性较弱的安庆栝楼和耐寒性较强的三门峡栝楼为对比试验材料,采用营养液栽培法,研究了外源 Ca2+对药用植物栝楼抗寒机制的影响。结果表明:栝楼在低温胁迫下喷施不同浓度的外源 Ca2+后,Pro 含量和 POD 活性均随 Ca2+浓度的增大呈先上升再逐渐下降趋势,PPO 活性均随 Ca2+浓度的增大呈先下降后逐渐上升的趋势,Ca2+浓度为5 mmol/L 时,两个栝楼品种 Pro 含量、POD 活性与对照组相比均具有显著性差异(P <0.05),其中 Pro 含量分别比对照组提高71.3%和33.0%,POD 活性分别比对照组高244.2%和253.0%;以相同浓度(5 mmol/L)的外源 Ca2+诱导喷施不同时间后,对低温胁迫下的栝楼具有不同的低温缓解效应,其中在诱导喷施时长为3 d 时具有较为显著的低温缓解效应。
為探明外源 Ca2+對藥用植物栝樓抗寒性的變化,以耐寒性較弱的安慶栝樓和耐寒性較彊的三門峽栝樓為對比試驗材料,採用營養液栽培法,研究瞭外源 Ca2+對藥用植物栝樓抗寒機製的影響。結果錶明:栝樓在低溫脅迫下噴施不同濃度的外源 Ca2+後,Pro 含量和 POD 活性均隨 Ca2+濃度的增大呈先上升再逐漸下降趨勢,PPO 活性均隨 Ca2+濃度的增大呈先下降後逐漸上升的趨勢,Ca2+濃度為5 mmol/L 時,兩箇栝樓品種 Pro 含量、POD 活性與對照組相比均具有顯著性差異(P <0.05),其中 Pro 含量分彆比對照組提高71.3%和33.0%,POD 活性分彆比對照組高244.2%和253.0%;以相同濃度(5 mmol/L)的外源 Ca2+誘導噴施不同時間後,對低溫脅迫下的栝樓具有不同的低溫緩解效應,其中在誘導噴施時長為3 d 時具有較為顯著的低溫緩解效應。

Anqing T.kirilowii with weak cold resistance and Sanmenxia T.kirilowii with strong cold resistance were cultured by hydroponics to study the effect of exogenous Ca2+ on cold resistance of T.kirilowii.The PRO content and POD activity of two T.kirilowii varieties sprayed exogenous Ca2+with different concentration under low temperature stress presented a first rising and then declining trend with increase of exogenous Ca2+ concentration.The PPO activity presented a first declining and then rising trend with increase of exogenous Ca2+ concentration.When exogenous Ca2+ concentration was 5 mmol/L, the Pro content and POD activity of two T.kirilowii varieties were 71.3% and 33.0%,and 244.2% and 253.0%,both higher than CK separately.Spraying 5 mmol/L exogenous Ca2+ had different low temperature ameliorating effect of T.kirilowii under low temperature stress,and spraying 5 mmol/L exogenous Ca2+ for 3 d was of the significant low temperature ameliorating effect.
