为建立绵枣儿的离体快繁体系,以绵枣儿无菌苗为材料,利用组织培养方法研究不同外植体和不同植物生长调节剂对绵枣儿组织培养再生的影响。结果表明:下胚轴为不定芽诱导的最佳外植体;TDZ和6-BA 对不定芽的诱导有着协同作用,但 TDZ 的效果优于6-BA,1/2MS + TDZ 0.3 mg/L +6-BA 3.0 mg/L为最佳不定芽诱导培养基;6-BA 和 IAA 对不定芽的增殖有协同作用,但6-BA 侧重提高增殖率,而 IAA 侧重提高不定芽的质量,1/2MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 1.0 mg/L 为不定芽增殖的最佳培养基;NAA 显著促进不定芽的生根,而 IAA 可促进组培苗的生长,1/4MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IAA0.5 mg/L 为最佳生根培养基。

To establish in vitro rapid propagation system for S.scilloides,the effects of different explants and plant growth regulator treatments on in vitro plant regeneration of S.scilloides were investigated through tissue culture methods using seedlings derived from sterile germination as material. The results showed that hypocotyls was the best explants.There was a synergistic effect between TDZ and 6-BA on adventitious buds induction,whereas the effect of TDZ was better than that of 6-BA,so the best medium for adventitious buds was 1/2MS + TDZ 0.3 mg/L + 6-BA 3.0 mg/L.Though there was a synergistic effect between IAA and 6-BA on adventitious buds proliferation,6-BA laid particular emphasis on improvement of proliferation rate and IAA laid particular emphasis on increase of growth quality,so the best medium for adventitious buds proliferation was 1/2MS+ 6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ IAA 1.0 mg/L.NAA promoted the rooting of adventitious buds significantly,whereas IAA improved the growth of shoots,and the best rooting medium was 1/4MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L.
