为有效利用野生金荞麦资源,对贵州省毕节市内搜集的14份野生金荞麦栽种后观测其主要农艺性状,测定根茎的主要成分含量并进行相关性分析。结果表明:野生金荞麦根茎的主要成分符合《中华人民共和国药典2010版·一部》指标要求的资源有9份;表儿茶素含量与醇溶性浸出物含量、总灰分含量呈极显著正相关,与水分含量呈正相关。其中,来自威宁县双龙(Z1)、金沙县平坝绿稿坪(Z9)、织金县化起(Z11)、织金县桂果(Z13)、金沙县太平(Z14)等5份资源的根茎表儿茶素含量高于0.04%、醇溶性浸出物含量高于15.1%,可加快繁殖进行试验示范;来自赫章县雉街(Z2)、赫章县珠市(Z6)、金沙县平坝新庄(Z10)、织金县龙场(Z12)等4份资源的表儿茶素含量在0.03%~0.04%、醇溶性浸出物含量14.26%~19.26%,可根据育种需要加以利用。主要成分中对表儿茶素含量的影响顺序为醇溶性浸出物含量>水分含量>总灰分含量,金荞麦栽培、选育应选择表儿茶素含量和醇溶性浸出物含量均高的类型材料。

위유효이용야생금교맥자원,대귀주성필절시내수집적14빈야생금교맥재충후관측기주요농예성상,측정근경적주요성분함량병진행상관성분석。결과표명:야생금교맥근경적주요성분부합《중화인민공화국약전2010판·일부》지표요구적자원유9빈;표인다소함량여순용성침출물함량、총회분함량정겁현저정상관,여수분함량정정상관。기중,래자위저현쌍룡(Z1)、금사현평패록고평(Z9)、직금현화기(Z11)、직금현계과(Z13)、금사현태평(Z14)등5빈자원적근경표인다소함량고우0.04%、순용성침출물함량고우15.1%,가가쾌번식진행시험시범;래자혁장현치가(Z2)、혁장현주시(Z6)、금사현평패신장(Z10)、직금현룡장(Z12)등4빈자원적표인다소함량재0.03%~0.04%、순용성침출물함량14.26%~19.26%,가근거육충수요가이이용。주요성분중대표인다소함량적영향순서위순용성침출물함량>수분함량>총회분함량,금교맥재배、선육응선택표인다소함량화순용성침출물함량균고적류형재료。
For effectively utilizing F.cymosum resources,14 wild F.cymosum resources were collected from Bijie City in Guizhou Province.The authors observed the main characters,determined the main ingredient contents in rhizome,and then analyzed the correlation coefficients between the main components in Shaojiaping Scientific Research Base of Upland Crops.The results showed that the main components of nine rhizome resources were in line with Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Part 1;L-epicatechin content was significantly positively correlated with alcohol-soluble extract content and total ash content,but positively correlated with moisture content.Among them,five copies of rhizomes from Weining Shuanglong (Z1 ), Jinsha Pingba Lvgaoping (Z9 ),Zhijin Huaqi (Z11 ),Zhijin Guiguo (Z13 )and Jinsha Taiping (Z14 )were of higher epicatechin content than 0.04%,and higher alcohol-soluble extract content than 15.1%,which could speed up the breeding process and conducting experiments and demonstrations;Four resources from Hezhang Zhijie (Z2 ),Hezhang Zhushi (Z6 ),Jinsha Pingba Xinzhuang (Z10 )and Zhijin longchang (Z12 ) were of 0.03% ~ 0.04% epicatechin content,and 14.26% ~ 19.26% alcohol-soluble extract content, some could be used according to the breeding needs.The effects of the main components on L-epicatechin content was alcohol-soluble extract content> moisture content> total ash content,it was essential to select F.cymosum with both high contents of L-epicatechin content and alcohol-soluble extract content in cultivation and breeding.
