为给贵州苗药马兰草〔Kalimeris indica (L.)Sch.-Bip.〕种质利用提供依据,应用 ISSR 分子标记技术研究马兰草10个野生居群100个样品的遗传多样性,采用 POPGEN32进行数据分析,UPGMA绘制聚类图。结果表明:9条 ISSR 引物共检测到66个清晰的扩增位点,其中,46个为多态性位点,多态性百分比为69.70%;Nei′s 基因多样性指数(H)为0.2117,Shannon 多样性指数(I)为0.3258,居群间基因分化系数(Gst)为0.7142。居群间的遗传相似系数为0.0614~0.9405,平均为0.5961;利用 UPGMA 法构建分子树状图,可将10个居群聚合为3大类。

To provide a reference for utilizing Miao medicine Malan grass germplasm,the genetic diversity of 10 representational populations of Malan grass including 100 individuals were investigated by ISSR marker technique,and POPGEN32 was used in data analysis and UPGMA dendrogram was drawn. Results:A total of 66 bands were produced in 9 individuals,of which 46 bands were common in the 10 population.The value of the polymorphic bands (PPB)was 79.70%,Nei’s genetic diversity index (H e ) was 0.211 7,Shannon’s inform ation index (I)was 0.325 8,the genetic differentiation index (Gst )was 0.714 2,The genetic similarity among populations coefficient was 0.083 1 ~0.940 5,with an average of 0.596 1;Groups cluster analysis based on the UPGMA method indicated that the 10 populations of Malan grass were divided into three groups.
