气象灾害已成为影响我国经济社会可持续发展的重大环境问题，然而我国目前的气象灾害防御体系尚不完善，尤其是农村气象灾害防御体系更为薄弱。通过回顾近年来我国发生的极端气象灾害事件，深入分析了昌乐县农村气象灾害防御体系建设的现状和存在的问题，并据此对昌乐县农村气象灾害防御体系建设提出了对策。

기상재해이성위영향아국경제사회가지속발전적중대배경문제，연이아국목전적기상재해방어체계상불완선，우기시농촌기상재해방어체계경위박약。통과회고근년래아국발생적겁단기상재해사건，심입분석료창악현농촌기상재해방어체계건설적현상화존재적문제，병거차대창악현농촌기상재해방어체계건설제출료대책。
Meteorological disaster has become a major environmental problem affecting China′s economic and social sustainable development , however the current meteorological disaster prevention system in our country is still not perfect , especially rural meteorological disaster prevention system is weaker. The recent extreme weather disasters were reviewed , status and problems of rural meteorological disaster prevention system construction in Changle County were analyzed deeply. Some suggestions on rural meteorological disaster prevention system construction in Changle County were proposed.
