为解决蓝牙设备对“北斗”卫星无线测定服务( RDSS )的干扰问题,设计了一款“北斗”射频芯片并流片,重点从系统架构、高线性模块电路设计两个方面实现。实测结果表明,该芯片在蓝牙环境下能够很好工作,整机性能不会下降。该芯片的推出将解决长期困扰RDSS接收机的蓝牙干扰以及未来4G移动网络的干扰问题,促进“北斗”的广泛应用。
為解決藍牙設備對“北鬥”衛星無線測定服務( RDSS )的榦擾問題,設計瞭一款“北鬥”射頻芯片併流片,重點從繫統架構、高線性模塊電路設計兩箇方麵實現。實測結果錶明,該芯片在藍牙環境下能夠很好工作,整機性能不會下降。該芯片的推齣將解決長期睏擾RDSS接收機的藍牙榦擾以及未來4G移動網絡的榦擾問題,促進“北鬥”的廣汎應用。

A radio frequency integrated circuit( RFIC) for BeiDou is designed and fabricated for reducing the interference of Bluetooth for BeiDou RDSS. The system architecture and high linear circuits are the most important aspects to realize the RFIC. The test results show that, the RFIC works perfectly without any performance drop under the environment of Bluetooth. It's expected that the problem of the interfer-ence of Bluetooth, even 4G signal can be solved, which is a long-standing puzzle, and the application of Beidou can be accelerated.
