The most important of strengthening the several m-anagement systems of urban construction projects is strength-ening the urban construction quality and safety management. In this article, the author combines with many years of manag-ement experience engaged in urban construction, discusses the common quality and safety problems in the urban construction engineering, and put forward practical solutions.
