随着建筑工程建设速度的加快，由于在管理组织、组织设计、管理方案、管理机制等方面存在的不足，工程的施工质量问题越来越突出。为了提高工程的施工质量管理水平，本文将在了解工程施工质量管理现状的基础上，提出了若干施工质量管理策略，对于相关工程的施工质量管理，可供参考借鉴。

Along with the speeds up of architectural constru-ction, because of the problems in management organization, o-rganization design, management scheme, management mecha-nism, the problem of construction engineering quality is more and more outstanding. In order to improve the level of constru-ction project quality management, this paper wil be based on the knowledge of the current situation of engineering construc-tion quality management, puts forward some strategies for the construction quality management, can be used for reference to construction quality management of related projects.
