对核桃进行不同接穗保湿方法、接穗储藏时间试验。结果表明:插皮舌接涂抹聚乙烯醇的保湿方法比传统装土保湿方法在平均枝成活率和穗成活率上分别提高16.9、38.9个百分点。当年采集接穗比上年采集接穗枝成活率和穗成活率分别提高24.3、25.0个百分点。

The experiments on different methods of walnut scion moisturizing and scion storage times were carried out. The results indicated that the average scion survival rate and spike survival rate of tongue grafting with smearing polyvinyl alcohol to keep moisture was 16.9 ,38.9 percentage point above traditional soil packed to keep moisture respectively. Collecting scion in this year and spike of the survival rate was increased by 24.3 ,25.0 percentage point respectively than the previous acquisition scion.
