诚信作为人精神生活的基石，是一个国家保持强大凝聚力和生命力的支柱，其生成与发展源于时代变迁和社会结构转型。我国在几千年的文明发展进程中，逐步形成了具有中国特色的诚信意蕴。随着改革开放的深入和市场经济的发展，尤其是在全球化发展的背景下，传统诚信秩序受到冲击，现实社会的诚信秩序陷入功利性、非理性、松散性等发展困境。建构与全球化相匹配的社会诚信秩序，应基于公共性、包容性、多元性、积极信任性等内在价值要求，从理念培育、网络建构、法制保障、氛围塑造等方面加以努力。

As the cornerstone of human being’s spiritual life, credit is the pillar of a country’s strong cohesion and vitality. Its generation, transformation and development stem from the changes of the times and social structures. In our country, credit con-notation with China characteristics gradually forms during the process of civilization development in the past thousands of years. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the developing of market economy, especially under the background of glob-alization, traditional credit order receives severely impacts and falls into the plights such as utilitarian, irrationality, and friabili-ty. To construct a social credit order compatible to globalization, we should uphold some interior value, including being public, tolerant, diverse, and positively trustful. What’s more, we need to make efforts in the aspects of notion cultivation, network con-struction, legal safeguard, and atmosphere building.
