目的：探讨早期高压氧对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能、运动功能和生活质量的改善作用。方法将我院收治的112例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为早期高压氧组和常规高压氧组，其中早期高压氧组在患者C T确认脑无活动性出血时即开始采用高压氧治疗，常规高压氧组在病情稳定、进行康复治疗时采用高压氧治疗，比较2组患者的临床效果和治疗前后NIHSS评分和ADL评分及 FAM 评分和 MBI评分。结果早期高压氧组患者的总有效率为91.07％，常规高压氧组为80.36％，2组具有显著性差异，P＜0.05；治疗前2组患者的NIHSS评分和ADL评分、FAM评分和MBI评分无显著性差异， P＞0.05，治疗后NIHSS评分早期高压氧组显著低于常规高压氧组，ADL评分、FAM 评分和MBI评分高压氧组显著高于常规高压氧组，P＜0.05。结论早期高压氧治疗缺血性脑卒中明显改善患者的神经功能和运动能力，提高生活质量，临床效果显著。
목적：탐토조기고압양대결혈성뇌졸중환자신경공능、운동공능화생활질량적개선작용。방법장아원수치적112례결혈성뇌졸중환자수궤분위조기고압양조화상규고압양조，기중조기고압양조재환자C T학인뇌무활동성출혈시즉개시채용고압양치료，상규고압양조재병정은정、진행강복치료시채용고압양치료，비교2조환자적림상효과화치료전후NIHSS평분화ADL평분급 FAM 평분화 MBI평분。결과조기고압양조환자적총유효솔위91.07％，상규고압양조위80.36％，2조구유현저성차이，P＜0.05；치료전2조환자적NIHSS평분화ADL평분、FAM평분화MBI평분무현저성차이， P＞0.05，치료후NIHSS평분조기고압양조현저저우상규고압양조，ADL평분、FAM 평분화MBI평분고압양조현저고우상규고압양조，P＜0.05。결론조기고압양치료결혈성뇌졸중명현개선환자적신경공능화운동능력，제고생활질량，림상효과현저。
Objective To investigate the role of early hyperbaric oxygen in neurological function ,motor function and quali-ty of life in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods One hundred and twelve cases in our hospital with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the early hyperbaric oxygen group and the conventional hyperbaric oxygen group. Patients in the early hyperbaric oxygen group received hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the condition that brain CT confirmed no active bleeding. The conventional hyperbaric oxygen group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the stable condition while rehabilitation therapy was performed. The clinical effects and ADL score and FAM scores and MBI score of the two groups before and after treatment and NIHSS score were compared. Results The total effective rate in the early hyperbaric oxygen group was 91.07% ,and the total effective rate in the conventional hyperbaric oxygen group was 80.36% ,there were significant differences between the two groups ,P<0.05. The NIHSS score and ADL score ,FAM scores and MBI score before and after treatment were of no signifi-cant differences ,P>0.05. The NIHSS score in the early hyperbaric oxygen group after treatment was significantly lower than that of conventional hyperbaric oxygen group.The ADL score ,FAM scores and MBI score of hyperbaric oxygen group were significantly higher than that of conventional hyperbaric oxygen group ,P<0.05. Conclusion Early hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with ischemic stroke can significantly improve neurological function and exercise capacity ,quality of life ,and the clinical effect is significant.
