目的：探讨经皮球囊撑开椎体成形术治疗非骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者的疗效。方法：随机抽取我科2010年1月至2011年1月经皮椎体成形术（ PKP ）手术患者，30例骨质疏松性椎体骨折及30例新鲜骨折，对比PKP 手术后视觉模拟评分（ visual ananlog scale ， VAS）评价患者的疼痛程度，椎体高度恢复，Cobb角纠正程度。结果：60例患者68个椎体经过PKP 治疗后，VAS评分，Cobb角，椎体高度均无显著性差异。结论：P KP手术治疗非骨质疏松性椎体骨折可行，可靠，安全，长期效果好。
목적：탐토경피구낭탱개추체성형술치료비골질소송성추체골절환자적료효。방법：수궤추취아과2010년1월지2011년1월경피추체성형술（ PKP ）수술환자，30례골질소송성추체골절급30례신선골절，대비PKP 수술후시각모의평분（ visual ananlog scale ， VAS）평개환자적동통정도，추체고도회복，Cobb각규정정도。결과：60례환자68개추체경과PKP 치료후，VAS평분，Cobb각，추체고도균무현저성차이。결론：P KP수술치료비골질소송성추체골절가행，가고，안전，장기효과호。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of non -osteoporotic vertebral fractures .Method:The patients undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty ( PKP ) from January 2010 to January 2011 were randomly collected .Which included 30 cases of osteoporotic vertebral fractures and 30 cases of fresh fractures.The visual analogue scale (VAS), patient's pain level, vertebral height restoration, and Cobb degree of angular corrected was compared .Result:After PKP treatment, there was no significant difference of VAS score , Cobb angle , and vertebral height between the two groups ( P>0. 05).Conclusion:PKP is feasible, reliable, safe, and effective in treatment of non-osteoporotic vertebral fractures.
